FEDERAL WAREHOUSING: Indoor and Outdoor with Railroad Access

Our 40,000 square foot warehousing facility is 38 ft. high and has automatically operated overhead doors which are 20 ft. wide and 16 ft. high. The building is protected by an automatic sprinkler system and the security alarm system is connected directly to police headquarters. We can also accommodate outdoor warehousing with our unique 7 acre outdoor storage area.

A unique system of electric and gas radiant heat provides a comfortable working temperature through modern electronic controls. We have a 75-ton truck scale on the premises and inside railroad siding with a 25 ton overhead bridge crane.
